报告摘要：Bent functions play an important role in constructing partial difference sets, In this paper, we further study vectorial dual-bent functions and partial difference sets. We provided a new explicit construction of vectorial dual-bent functions. We prove that for certain vectorial dual-bent functions some preimage sets form partial difference sets. Furthermore, explicit constructions of partial difference sets are yielded from some (non-)quadratic vectorial dual-bent functions. We illustrate that many results of using weakly regular bent functions to construct partial difference sets are special cases of our results. Finally, we answer one open problem on weakly regular vectorial dual-bent functions and l-form functions proposed by Meidl et al.

南开大学陈省身数学研究所教授、博士生导师，中国工业与应用数学学会理事、中国工业与应用数学学会编码密码及相关组合理论专业委员会副主任委员、中国电子学会信息论分会副主任委员、中国密码学会理事、中国密码学会密码数学理论专业委员会副主任委员、学术期刊《密码学报》和《电子与信息学报》的编委。入选2000年度教育部跨世纪优秀人才培养计划。2000年获国务院政府特殊津贴。主要从事编码理论及其应用、密码学及其应用、信息论及其应用的研究工作，在国际和国内重要学术期刊上发表论文200余篇。作为负责人承担了国家自然科学基金和教育部的多项科研项目，作为课题负责人承担了科技部973项目和国家重点研发计划项目。
